Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging in Venray is seeking an experienced Operational Site Leader to take full responsibility for site performance across production, engineering, quality and supply chain. You will lead a team of managers on the shop floor, align functions and drive safety, quality and efficiency worldwide.

As the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you will set priorities, monitor OTIF and capacity, foster continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across production, engineering, quality and supply chain.
• Drive performance through the leadership team and sustain patient safety.
• Set strategic direction for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure OTIF achievement and optimized planning, scheduling and purchasing.
• Foster continuous improvement and standardized processes across functions.
• Develop leaders, maintain alignment and ownership across the site.
