Ready to own safety culture at one of Amsterdam's most dynamic logistics sites? For DP World Amsterdam, we're looking for a Senior EHS Coordinator who combines deep EHS expertise with the drive to make a lasting impact. You'll be the cornerstone of health, safety and environmental performance across two Amsterdam sites, working for a global logistics leader that serves iconic brands like BMW, Dell, Canon and Harley-Davidson.

What will you do?

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and internal audits
• Lead incident investigations and ensure follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
• Advise management and operational teams on EHS matters and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate EHS meetings and training sessions to strengthen safety culture
• Monitor compliance with Dutch health, safety and environmental legislation
• Act as primary point of contact for the client when the Site Manager is absent

What do you bring?

• Degree in Safety Management or related field (MVK, HVK or equivalent)
• At least five years of EHS experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing or industrial environments
• Solid knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation and ISO standards
• Experienced in audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
• Strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, solution-oriented and takes ownership
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
