Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Hoofddorp seeks a Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator to drive reporting, analytics and optimization of supply chain processes. You will work with retail and digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction while transitioning manual tasks to automated, efficient systems.

You will own operational reporting, develop dashboards, and partner with IT to automate processes, supporting standardized SOPs and cost-effective improvements across Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of working experience within Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in dashboards and reporting.
• Proactive and self-driven work style with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial and Operations teams as an operational advisor, helping optimise the end-to-end supply chain for T1/T2 accounts and DTC operations.
• Own and support operational reporting and dashboards, improving performance visibility and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations to drive process optimisation and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to automate reporting processes and integrate systems into the corporate reporting portal.
• Support the development and implementation of standardised operating procedures, helping establish consistent and efficient ways of working across Operations.
• Deliver excellent service and support cost optimisation efforts to achieve customer satisfaction excellence.

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving operational excellence through enhanced reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator, you'll optimise supply chain processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with both retail and digital business channels to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction whilst transitioning manual operations towards automated, efficient systems.
