Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive performance improvements across Logistics & Services. The role focuses on deploying The Maersk Way, facilitating structured problem-solving, and leading workshops that optimize processes and operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Digital teams to embed sustainable improvement behaviors and deliver tangible business results.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement environments.
• Exposure to Operational Excellence, Lean, Kaizen, process improvement, performance management, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to influence and build relationships across different levels of an organization.
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a passion for delivering results.
• Experience in Logistics & Services, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience leading improvement projects, workshops, or change initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or related continuous improvement training.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: Support the deployment and adoption of The Maersk Way across Logistics & Services.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops focused on process improvement, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Help teams identify root causes, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions.
