Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives across functions and geographies. You will work with Business Owners, IT/OT, BPM, Finance and Operations to deliver outcomes with speed and accountability.

In this mandate-based role, you will champion Lean principles, manage complex changes, and influence executives to ensure sustainable adoption and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years leading complex, cross-functional transformations.
• Proven track record delivering strategic change, not just projects.
• Experience with senior executives, business and operations, technology-led change.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more strategic transformation projects across functions.
• Translate strategic intent into outcomes, milestones and decisions.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources and funding with accountability to executives.
• Maintain focus on outcomes and adoption, not activity.
• Drive momentum and decision-making across cross-functional landscapes.
• Escalate blockers to executive leadership with clear options and consequences.
