Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive change, improve performance, and deliver measurable business impact across Logistics & Services. You will deploy The Maersk Way, lead structured problem-solving, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

You'll partner with Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Digital to solve complex challenges, build capability, and turn ideas into tangible results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or operations improvement is required.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across levels of the organization.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a results-focused approach.
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence across functions and products.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops on process improvement, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Help teams identify root causes, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Promote accountability and build capability through coaching.
