Job summary

Maersk Maasvlakte II Site in Rotterdam is seeking a Business Process Specialist to drive operational excellence through performance management, process governance, and systems optimization within the site.

You will partner with site leadership, translate data into insights, lead improvement projects, develop standard work, and support WMS and related applications while coaching teams in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or operational excellence environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights.
Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting, and performance management.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational applications.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse operational performance via KPIs, reporting, and data analysis.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality, service, and performance.
Develop, maintain, and standardize processes and work instructions.
Support the effective use and optimization of WMS and related applications.
Lead or support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
Deliver training and coaching to promote ownership and operational excellence.
