Job summary

BeOne Medicines is hiring a Regional Clinical Compliance Country Manager in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for robust oversight of clinical trial compliance at country and site levels, applying a risk-based approach to identify, evaluate, and manage compliance risks, ensuring GCP adherence and patient safety.

You will partner with country, regional, and global teams to safeguard data integrity, support CAPAs, and contribute to inspection readiness and continuous improvement of study

Qualifications

• Understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Compliance SME for country teams on GCP requirements and internal standards.
• Oversee country and site risk, identify high-risk sites and conduct remote desk checks.
• Support issue management and CAPA processes; assist with audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and country stakeholders to ensure inspection readiness.
