Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to lead offshore wind construction management, from early engineering through procurement and offshore execution. You will manage scopes, coordinate with contractors and project teams, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across international sites.

You will report to Construction Management and contribute to plan development, risk mitigation and continuous improvement in offshore operations.

Qualifications

• As offshore professional with fluent written and spoken English.
• 8+ years of offshore construction/marine operations experience.
• Experience managing scopes from engineering through procurement and offshore execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned Construction Management work scopes for offshore wind projects.
• Develop technical specs, scopes of work, evaluation criteria and procurement recommendations.
• Manage contractors through engineering, mobilisation and offshore execution.
• Review contractor docs, risk assessments and readiness for execution.
• Maintain Construction Management procedures, site descriptions and work plans.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, site teams and O&M.
