Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Development Manager Transport & Installation Engineering to support offshore wind projects in development, leading Transport & Installation concepts across installation packages and budgeting for CAPEX during TG0 to TG2.

You will coordinate with suppliers, drive interfaces across departments, and mentor Installation Engineers through execution, O&M, or decommissioning while maintaining a proactive, safety-focused culture in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required in a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore transport and installation.
Experience with TSOs or offshore installation contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive Transport and Installation concepts across installation packages.
Develop and maintain CAPEX budgets for development projects (TG0–TG2).
Drive interfaces with suppliers to optimize project pipelines and methodologies.
Support Installation Engineers during execution, O&M or decommissioning with expert guidance.
