Job summary

CSL OWL SRI B.V. is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead offshore installation projects aboard our DP2 Fallpipe vessels. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain safety and quality, and serve as the central client liaison for campaigns.

You will drive execution from mobilisations to completion, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style across on-site and on-shore interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore installation teams and multi-disciplinary crews.
• Strong background in offshore construction projects and subsea/marine environments.
• Experience with DP operations and complex project execution.
• Excellent written/spoken English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore installation teams and coordinate daily project execution on board the vessel.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality offshore operations by monitoring progress and performance.
• Coordinate Bridge, Survey, Engineering and Deck Operations for smooth project execution.
• Act as primary operational contact for the client during offshore campaigns.
• Manage mobilisations and demobilisations of personnel and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, regulations and client requirements.
• Report progress, performance and risks to Operations Manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating completed projects.
