Job summary

A leading engineering company in Arnhem is seeking an experienced Operations Manager specialized in O&M cable projects. The successful candidate will manage offshore grid connection systems, ensuring safety, budget, and quality. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in HV offshore projects, be proficient in Dutch and English, and possess relevant project management certification. This full-time role may offer flexibility for 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management of complex HV offshore projects.
• Experience with cable installation, repair, and reburial.
• Suitability for offshore work according to AWMF standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex maintenance and repair projects for offshore grid operations.
• Lead and coordinate a project team, managing stakeholder interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with permit requirements throughout project phases.
