Job summary

NKT, based in Rotterdam, seeks a Senior Offshore Engineer to lead and coordinate offshore engineering activities across multiple projects. You will guide the team in developing repair readiness documentation, procedures, method statements, calculations and risk assessments for cable installation and repair operations.

You will balance resources across projects, align competence and availability with delivery priorities, and act as a key technical interface to project managers, tender teams,

Qualifications

• A BSc or MSc in Maritime Technology, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Extensive experience in offshore engineering, subsea cable installation, repair or marine operations.
• Strong leadership, team coaching and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore engineering activities across multiple projects.
