Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar job in the offshore or marine environment.
• Knowledge of contract management, QHSE, personnel and planning, procurement & logistics.
• Ability to perform Jack-Up Barge specific operation management instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, operate and organize resources for operations.
• Directly manage the operational budget for assigned units.
• Communicate with clients on operational issues.
