Job summary

Neways Advanced Applications in Son leads complex NPI and CAPEX projects within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will manage product introductions, capital investments, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver scalable manufacturing processes and operational excellence.

The role requires a senior, hands‑on Project Manager with a track record in multidisciplinary teams, customer communication, and financial stewardship. International collaboration and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in technical/high‑tech env.
• At least 5 years leading medium to large NPI, CAPEX, or continuous improvement projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
• Experience managing scope, planning, budgets, risks, resources, and escalations.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders at tactical/strategic level.
• Knowledge of IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, and/or Agile PM methodologies.
• Dutch and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and ambitions into clear project plans balancing QLTC.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams on complex NPI and CAPEX projects exceeding €1M.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, resources throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders at tactical/strategic level.
• Inspire and connect teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
• Proactively manage escalations and ensure timely decisions.
