Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering & Management or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in technical/high-tech environments.
• 5+ years leading medium to large NPI, CAPEX, and/or continuous improvement projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
• Experience managing scope, planning, budgets, risks, resources, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Translating customer requirements into clear project plans balancing QLTC.
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams on NPI and CAPEX projects over €1 million.
• Managing scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, resources and dependencies.
• Acting as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels.
• Leading, inspiring, and connecting teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
• Proactively managing escalations and ensuring timely, well-founded decisions.
• Providing weekly project status reports and analyses to the Project Review Board.
• Driving continuous improvement and lifecycle optimization for sustainable production.
