Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior New Business Manager to join the Westfield Rise team. You will drive commercial growth across our Dutch destinations by creating media, experiential and partnership opportunities that deliver measurable results for clients while generating revenue for URW.

Based in Amstelveen and reporting to the Head of Westfield Rise, NL, SE & DK, you’ll collaborate with brands, agencies and internal stakeholders to expand our Northern Europe portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience selling partnerships, media, experiential, events or advertising solutions.
• Ability to build relationships and open doors with new clients.
• Commercial mindset and drive to achieve results.
• Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience identifying opportunities and turning them into partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with brands, agencies and commercial partners.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across media, experiential and partnership solutions.
• Creating compelling proposals that deliver value for both clients and URW.
• Managing and growing a strong commercial pipeline while supporting revenue targets.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Centre Management and regional teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Using market insight and industry trends to identify new opportunities and future growth areas.
• Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the Northern Europe Westfield Rise business.
• Supporting forecasting, reporting and strategic planning activities.
