Job summary

Starion Group is seeking a Senior System Engineer – Architecture & Integration to support navalship projects DMP-B and DMP-D. You will lead the systems engineering approach, design development, verification and validation, and coordination of technical teams and project interfaces.

The position requires a WO/Master’s level degree in Engineering, Physics, Aeronautics Engineering, or related field, plus at least 7 years of systems engineering experience, MBSE/PDM/PLM proficiency, and fluency in

Qualifications

Master's level degree in Engineering, Physics, Aeronautics Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Additional training or certification in Systems Engineering.
At least 7 years of experience in systems engineering and the design, development and integration of complex systems.
Proficient in PDM (or PLM), MBSE tools, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Contributing to system design, architecture, development, integration, verification and validation for navalships.
Establishing and maintaining the project verification and validation framework.
Assessing design against requirements; document system decomposition.
Maintaining the project design dossier, ensuring consistency, traceability and alignment with programme requirements.
Supporting negotiations and change proposals.
