Starion is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) specialist to join our Netherlands team in Leiden. You will develop and refine system models using requirements and interfaces, provide expert Capella guidance, and drive MBSE across maritime projects.

The role includes requirements engineering, verification/validation, and occasional project management support. The ideal candidate has MBSE hands-on experience, Capella proficiency, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on MBSE experience.
• Experience in Maritime/ Naval sector.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting project management activities.
• Capella proficiency.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance system models using requirements and interfaces.
• Provide expert guidance on MBSE methodologies and Capella.
• Leverage Starion Digital Engineering tools within projects.
• Drive requirements engineering with stakeholders.
• Contribute to MBSE evolution across maritime programs.
• Support project delivery and, where required, act as Project Manager.
• Perform verification and validation to ensure model quality.
• Support proposal development with MBSE expertise.
