Project & Implementation Manager (m/f/x) Netherlands
Lead multidisciplinary ship design & integration projects end-to-end across naval/offshore programs. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality, align clients, suppliers and co-makers, and drive delivery from kick‑off to handover.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new-build, life-extension and conversion projects; safeguard Q/HSE and contract compliance.
- Build/lead teams; assign work packages; ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
- Be the single point of contact for clients; manage suppliers/co-makers/third parties.
- Plan & control scope, budget, schedule, risk and change (baselines, critical path, RAID, EAC/forecasts).
- Run governance: PM plans, progress meetings, reporting, design reviews and KPIs.
- Coordinate interfaces (structures, naval architecture, piping/outfitting, E&A, HVAC/automation).
- Support bids/variations: WBS, estimating, resourcing and commercial inputs.
- Use MS Project, SharePoint/PLM and ERP for planning, tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- HBO/WO degree (preferably Naval Architecture or related).
- 10+ years engineering and 5+ years project management delivering to time/cost/quality.
- Strong contract/change management, stakeholder and supplier coordination.
- Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint; ERP/PLM familiarity.
- Excellent Dutch & English; organised, solution-oriented, hands‑on.
