EMW is seeking a Chief Technician in Brunssum, NL to join a NIC+Contractors team. The role focuses on Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents, service requests, changes and internal activities within classified networks.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance required.
• COMINT indoctrination pre-condition before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, document, categorize and resolve assigned tickets per internal processes.
• Participate in daily reporting and planning activities, workshops, events and conferences.
• Provide Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents, service requests and changes.
