Job summary

EMW, Inc. in Brunssum, NL seeks a Chief Technician to join a NIC + Contractors team. You will provide Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents, requests, changes, and information tasks, documenting and resolving tickets in the Azure DevOps system while working mainly onsite.

The role requires NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, COMINT indoctrination pre-condition, and a strong background in computer science or IT, with knowledge of data centers, networks, and security services.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance.
• COMINT indoctrination pre-condition before onboarding.
• Background in computer science or information technology required.
• Ability to analyze complex maintenance problems and provide timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, document, categorize and resolve tickets (incidents, service requests, changes).
• Provide Level2 and Service Management Support, including patching and software updates.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings and support new releases.
• On-site work with occasional offsite tasks while maintaining classified network access.
