Job summary

Source Technology Limited is seeking experienced technology professionals to support sensitive Government programmes operating at NATO Secret level in the Netherlands. You will design, deliver, and improve secure digital and information systems within strict security and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in secure systems administration or cyber security operations
• Experience with security controls, risk management and compliance in government/defence
• Proficiency with SIEM/log management, endpoint security, vulnerability scanning and configuration management
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail and adherence to processes
• Excellent written and verbal English with clear technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure infrastructure and applications per government/NATO requirements
• Administer and harden Windows and/or Linux systems; manage patching & baselines
• Operate within secure networks and enclaves
• Support incident response, log analysis and produce auditable reports
• Apply secure-by-design principles including encryption, IAM and least privilege
• Contribute to documentation, accreditation evidence, change control and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, security, ops and governance while maintaining discretion
