Work Life Group is assembling a team of L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for an end-user device deployment across multiple NATO sites in Europe. The role focuses on end-user and deskside support, not infrastructure engineering, with assignments at various NATO locations depending on availability.

Candidates must hold an active NATO Secret clearance and have experience in Windows troubleshooting and login issues. Onsite support and travel across sites are required.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance required.
• Experience in L1/L2 IT support or deskside support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows login and basic device issues.
• Professional working English required.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple NATO sites.
