Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver MEDITECH (Expanse) laboratory consulting and project leadership across Nordic client engagements. You will build and configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor client teams on lab workflows and best practices.

The role emphasizes end-to-end lab workflow analysis, design, build and testing, strong documentation, and independent management of deliverables. Travel and client-facing collaboration are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

Proven experience with MEDITECH Expanse laboratory module and third-party laboratory systems.
End-to-end lab workflow analysis, design, build and testing experience.
Experience in training and knowledge transfer is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Perform MEDITECH-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
Apply technical expertise to system build and configuration to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Support and mentor client project teams on laboratory workflows, system design, and best practices.
Track, document, and communicate risks and issues.
Analyze and document current and future-state workflows.
Work closely with project leadership on documentation, planning, and facilitation.
Partner directly with end users, monitoring workflows and providing documentation and optimization recommendations.
Lead meetings related to project status, deliverables, and ongoing coordination.
Perform additional project-specific duties as outlined in the client's statement of work.
May be invited to represent Nordic at company events, client meetings, or recruiting activities
