Job summary

Jobgether partner company is seeking a Medical Science Liaison based in the Netherlands to act as the primary scientific contact with healthcare professionals and researchers across the Nordic region. You will translate medical strategy into meaningful engagement, lead advisory boards, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development teams.

Qualifications

• MD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related; PhD or equivalent
• MSL experience or Medical Affairs background
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex data
• Experience engaging with HCPs, researchers, KOLs, and other stakeholders
• Pharma industry or clinical research experience desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to collaborate while working independently in a field-based environment
• Fluency in Danish and English; Nordic language skills advantageous

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HCPs, researchers, associations, KOLs and other experts across the Nordic region
• Act as primary scientific contact, providing accurate, balanced responses to medical information requests
• Conduct high-quality scientific exchanges and communicate data effectively
• Lead and support advisory boards, scientific meetings, congresses, and educational programs
• Develop and execute engagement plans for external experts and contribute to speaker development
• Collect, analyze, and communicate field insights to support medical strategy
• Support clinical trial feasibility assessments and investigator-initiated studies
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas, pipeline developments, evidence, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Clinical Development
• Contribute to product launch prep and lifecycle management across the Nordic region
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, policies, and ethical requirements
