United Imaging Healthcare Europe is expanding its European footprint in medical imaging and AI. We seek a senior Healthcare IT Infrastructure & Integration Specialist to lead technical liaison with hospital IT teams, architect deployments, and ensure secure, compliant integration of workstations, servers, and AI solutions across Europe.

You will drive pre‑sales through post‑sales activities, coordinate with HQ experts, and build local capability while traveling across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/biomedical/CS/healthcare informatics or related field.
7+ years in healthcare IT, imaging IT, or medical device software integration.
Strong experience with hospital IT departments and radiology informatics teams.
Hands-on with imaging standards DICOM/HL7; FHIR/IHE preferred.
Experience with hospital IAM/Sso integrations (SAML/OIDC/AD/LDAP).
Windows server environments; Linux basics; virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
Knowledge of PACS/RIS/HIS/EMR/EHR/VNA integrations and cybersecurity basics.
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with hospital IT, PACS/RIS, infrastructure, and digital health teams.
Define deployment requirements for workstations, servers, software platforms, and AI solutions.
Translate requirements into technical designs including network, storage, and security.
Support pre-sales, tender responses, and risk identification with sales teams.
Coordinate hospital deployments including on-premise and hybrid environments.
Enable integration with PACS, RIS, HIS, EMR/EHR, VNA and related interfaces.
Lead IAM/IdP integration and access mapping for hospital environments.
Support validation, go-live prep, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Produce site requirement checklists, interface specs, deployment plans, and docs.
Advise on governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and deployment workflows.
Train sales/project/service teams on hospital IT topics related to United Imaging solutions.
Represent the European technical face for software/server/AI infrastructure; feedback product improvements.
Contribute to standardization of deployment practices and technical playbooks.
