Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Media Strategy to lead cross-channel campaign planning and client stewardship across Social, Search, Programmatic, and other channels. You will drive data-driven insights, coordinate with Activation, Investment and Data teams, and use AI-enabled workflows to optimize campaigns at scale.

The role focuses on strategic client service, thoughtful stakeholder management, and growth of existing engagements within a disruptive, globally connected agency network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media planning, digital media or client service.
• Experience with syndicated planning tools helps build audience-driven plans.
• Comfortable with data analysis and AI-enabled workflows.
• BA or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic recommendations.
• Manage campaign logistics for flawless execution.
• Facilitate daily/weekly client calls and share performance updates.
• Coordinate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations.
• Analyze data, craft insights and present recommendations.
