Job summary

Monks is seeking a senior leader to head Performance Creative within our Media team. You will guide creative strategy across paid social, display, video, and emerging formats, leveraging data and AI tools to drive scalable, high-impact campaigns for major growth brands.

You will manage cross-functional teams, own P&L responsibilities, and partner with executive leadership to elevate creative output and strategic influence across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative leadership in performance, digital, or growth marketing.
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams with client ownership.
• Deep expertise in producing, optimizing, and scaling creative for paid social, display, video and new digital channels.
• Proven record of designing and deploying creative strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Deep experience integrating creative strategy with performance data, analytics, and media teams.
• Comfortable presenting strategy and results to C-Suite executives.
• Demonstrated success owning P&L and delivering for eCommerce and B2B clients.
• Advanced fluency with measurement, testing frameworks, and production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and strategy for the Performance Creative unit within the Media team.
• Guide clients and teams through creative innovation across paid social, display, video, UGC, influencer content and more.
• Leverage testing frameworks, insights, and analytics to inform ideation, production, and optimization.
• Advise on integrating AI, automation, and technology in creative production and operations.
• Drive adoption of technologies to optimize operations and output.
• Partner with brand and growth teams to develop stories and breakthrough campaigns.
• Provide executive direction for large performance-driven accounts.
