Job summary

Monks is seeking a Media Sales Manager (Media Leads) to act as a strategic leader responsible for optimizing the health, performance, and revenue growth of a client portfolio. The role involves high-level stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, AI adoption/usage, and leading organizational best practices to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Internally and externally, this role owns the executive partnership strategy, maintaining long-term alignment through Top-to-Top meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or related fields.
• 6+ years in roles within media, marketing, or advertising organizations with client portfolios, teams, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated media strategies and leading organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex client accounts’ strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Lead in formulating and executing the media strategy across teams and initiatives.
• Build a cohesive, inclusive team environment and mentor staff.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational efficiency.
