Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; Master’s or PhD advantageous.
• 10+ years of mechanical design, production experience preferred.
• Ability to lead product development from concept to production.
• Experience with industrial equipment low-volume/high-complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead refinement and production-ready mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across electrical, software, and industrial design.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation to meet specs.
• Document drawings and specs compliant with standards.
• Drive cost-effective production and manufacturing support.
