Job summary

CSL Seqirus in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access and Business Development to lead market access strategy and drive growth across Nordics and Benelux. Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
• Science background or BSc in a science discipline.
• Local Industry Code compliance.
• Previous experience in similar role in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience of Market Access and policy shaping activities.
• Fluent in English and a selection of local languages (Scandinavian, Finnish, Dutch, French).
• Travel requirement: 25-30% within Europe (focus Nordics/Benelux).
• Role can be based in Amsterdam, Copenhagen or Mechelen, with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement market access strategy for CSL products in a designated territory.
• Work cross-functionally to develop value propositions for CSL products.
• Build and maintain relationships with health economists, reimbursement agencies, and healthcare groups.
• Communicate product efficacy, health economics, and value propositions to demonstrate advantages.
• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities to grow the business across channels.
• Evaluate pricing and market access risks and address them cross-functionally.
• Prepare, submit, and manage bids or tenders in response to RFPs or invitations, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain records and ensure compliant sales contracts where applicable.
• Provide back-up support to colleagues to sustain business continuity.
