Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multiple pre-deal engagements within our Delivering Deal Value team. You will own client relationships from scoping through final presentation, guiding analytics and challenging the team to ensure robust conclusions.

You will leverage deep financial acumen and core operational expertise to drive deal value, while coaching junior staff and expanding engagement opportunities. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience across deals advisory and related functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch language skills are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pre-deal engagements in parallel, owning scope and delivery.
• Act as the client’s main contact from scoping to final presentation.
• Translate complex analyses into clear answers for deal teams and CFOs.
• Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors and ensure their input lands.
• Develop depth in core operational domains and be the go-to expert.
• Review team work, challenge assumptions, and defend conclusions.
• Identify scope extensions and generate new engagements via opportunities.
• Mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers to raise analytical standards.
