Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Manager Financial Due Diligence to guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and refinancing. You’ll lead buy-side and sell-side projects, assess financials, identify deal drivers and present clear recommendations.

Working within a Deals team, you’ll mentor colleagues, collaborate with Tax, Strategy, and IT, and deliver tailored due diligence across international deals with a hybrid, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• You have experience in financial due diligence within an advisory environment, or relevant experience in analysing financial information, risks, opportunities and projections.
• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, complemented by a completed RA, RC or CFA Level III qualification.
• You have strong analytical, Excel and reporting skills.
• You have strong project management skills and enjoy working in international and multidisciplinary teams.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence projects for buy-side, sell-side, refinancing and IPO processes.
• Analyse historical and projected financial information, including cash flow, working capital and value drivers.
• Identify deal issues, risks and opportunities and translate these into clear client recommendations.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including colleagues from tax, strategy, carve-out, synergy and IT.
• Coach and support team members in their day-to-day work and professional growth.
