Job summary

Patrickbeek.com seeks a Management Control Teamleader to coordinate management and development of control functions at country level. You will guide financial planning, evaluate performance, and liaise with 3rd parties and corporate areas.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting/forecasting, monthly reporting, strategic planning, and cost models for regulatory purposes. Strong Dutch/English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Control, Business Control, or Management Accounting.
• Significant experience in management control at country level.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience leading budgeting and annual forecasting.
• Ability to contribute to strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budget definition and annual forecasting.
• Oversee monthly budget control and reforecasting.
• Lead monthly reporting activities.
• Participate in and supervise the strategic plan development.
• Develop and monitor cost and pricing models for activities.
• Manage budgets of key projects and support analyses.
• Supervise KPI analysis and advise teams on deviations.
• Coordinate transversal projects and IT solutions implementations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international accounting policies.
