Job summary
Sia, a global management consulting group, is seeking a (Senior) Manager to lead teams and deliver projects for financial services clients from our Amsterdam office or at client sites. You will drive program engagements, mentor senior team members, and collaborate across Sia offices to grow business in the Dutch market.
In this role, you will stay abreast of industry developments, publish insights, and contribute to the Siabrand through thought leadership, networking, and cross-border
Qualifications
- Master’s degree completed.
- At least 10 years’ experience in management consulting with a strong track record.
- Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the Dutch banking or insurance market.
- Experience in business development and sales of consulting services.
- Strong interest in data and AI topics; able to rapidly build expertise.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive; growth-focused on client development.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams and deliver project work across clients from Amsterdam office or at the client site.
- Capability in selling and delivering large program engagements.
- Mentoring and developing senior team members.
- Collaborate with other Sia offices and participate in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge.
- Track developments in the financial services industry and contribute to the Siabrand in the Dutch market through publication of articles, blogs and networking.
