Job summary

Sia in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on transformation programs for financial services clients, from our Amsterdam office or directly at client sites. You will mentor senior staff, drive business development and cross-sell initiatives, and work with our global network to deliver large-scale programs.

Proficiency in English and Dutch, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years in management consulting are required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
10+ years in management consulting with a strong track record.
Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills.
Strong network within Dutch banking or insurance markets.
Experience in business development and selling consulting services.
Interest in data and AI topics and ability to rapidly build expertise.
Strong entrepreneurial drive and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead teams and deliver projects for a range of clients from Amsterdam or at client sites.
Capable of selling and delivering large program engagements.
Mentor and develop senior team members.
Collaborate with Sia offices and leverage the global network for cross-selling.
Track industry developments and contribute to Siabrand in the Dutch market.
Work on topics including strategy, process improvement, regulatory transformation, and project management.
