Job summary

Sia Partners in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager to lead teams and deliver project work for financial services clients from our office or at client sites. You will drive growth, produce proposals, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with our global network to cross-sell services while shaping the Siabrand in the Dutch insurance market.

You will also work on business strategy, digital strategy, market studies, financial modelling, data analysis, and regulatory/risk transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in (management) consulting.
• Experience delivering change to a top insurance company; banking experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial drive with growth and business development focus.
• Interest in data and AI; ability to build expertise quickly.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes and technologies (insurtech/fintech).
• Strong network within the Dutch insurance market.
• Strong academic background (business, mathematics, economics).
• Dutch native speaker; English proficiency considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and deliver projects from Amsterdam or client sites.
• Drive growth and improve revenue.
• Produce proposals and client materials.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with Sia offices globally and cross-sell knowledge.
• Track developments in financial services and contribute to Siabrand in the Dutch insurance market.
• Work on business strategy, digital strategy, market studies, financial modelling, data analysis.
• Implement business processes mapping, reengineering and performance management.
• Support regulatory/operational risk transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Oversee project management with internal and third parties.
