Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leadership experience within Engineering / Utilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Strong understanding of critical utilities, infrastructure, asset management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Facilities & Engineering organization (Engineering Managers, maintenance engineers, technicians).
• Define and execute long-term Engineering, Facilities & Utilities strategy for future site growth.
• Own reliability, compliance and performance of utilities and critical infrastructure.
• Develop infrastructure, asset lifecycle and capacity plans aligned with the Site Master Plan.
• Provide governance for capital projects and major infrastructure investments.
• Drive continuous improvement through reliability engineering and digital innovation.
• Develop the Engineering organization and optimize strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with Site Leadership, Global Engineering, Procurement and suppliers.
• Champion safety, compliance, ownership and continuous improvement.
