Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Manager to lead a team of eight FTE responsible for maintaining critical utility systems across manufacturing and warehousing. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and compliance while guiding preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and external vendors to drive asset lifecycle planning, continuous improvement, and site growth, with a strong emphasis on people development,

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chilled water, purified water).
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Utilities Maintenance team.
• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance execution.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with engineering and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset lifecycle planning.
