Job summary

Capgemini Invent, in Utrecht, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Platforms & Prototypes across CX, MarTech, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, bridging strategy, customer value, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

With 8–10+ years of leadership in CX, MarTech, or digital transformation, you will shape proposals, drive GenAI adoption, and mentor consultants while collaborating with Capgemini partners on high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX, MarTech, and AI transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Advise clients on platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Google.
• Design data-driven propositions, incl. loyalty programs and subscriptions.
• Drive GenAI adoption with responsible AI practices.
• Manage commercial engagements, shaping proposals and scopes.
• Coach consultants and senior staff to foster innovation and learning.
