Job summary

frog, part of Capgemini Invent, is hiring a Senior Consultant for Platforms & Prototypes in Utrecht. You will own strategic initiatives that blend business, data and technology, and lead client workstreams to reinvent and build scalable, value-driven digital experiences and platforms.

You will work with strategists, designers and data experts to activate customer data insights, shaping GenAI roadmaps and MVP design streams to accelerate marketing, sales or service processes for clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Innovation, AI or similar.
• Affinity with digital strategy and data-driven transformation.
• 3+ years in CX, MarTech, loyalty, data strategy, AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
• Experience in consulting or digital agency is a strong plus.
• Experience in managing project workstreams and delivering for clients.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile or similar methodologies.
• Excellent English; willingness to travel NL and abroad.
