• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale delivery management in cybersecurity, with focus on AppSec programs.

Responsabilités

• Steer roadmap, governance, risks and financial performance of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into security processes to address high-risk findings at machine speed.
• Establish systems that validate, deduplicate and rank findings based on exploitability, context and impact.
• Establish evaluation criteria and actionable reporting for secure portfolio oversight.
• Translate AppSec metrics and risk milestones into reporting for executives and portfolio leaders.
