Job summary

• Proven track record in enterprise-scale delivery leadership within cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering large AppSec programs and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer roadmap, milestones, governance, risks and financials of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead integration of AI optimization and agentic workflows into security processes at machine speed.
• Establish systems to validate, deduplicate and rank findings for scalable remediation.
• Create evaluation criteria and reporting to provide a unified view of security posture across portfolios.
• Translate AppSec metrics and risk milestones into executive-ready reports for leadership.
