EPAM Systems seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Management – Application Security to drive enterprise AppSec programs with hybrid work in Europe/UK. You will align technical delivery with business impact, govern AI-enabled remediation, and report risk reductions to executives.

The role requires senior delivery leadership in cybersecurity, experience with AI optimization and strong stakeholder management. A CV/credentials-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale delivery leadership within cybersecurity.
• Strong credentials in senior security certifications (CSSLP/CISM/CISSP).
• Experience with AI optimization, agentic workflows and automated pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Steer roadmap, governance, risks and financials of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead integration of AI optimization into security processes for rapid remediation.
• Establish systems to validate and rank findings, driving scalable resolution.
• Provide executive-facing reporting on security posture and metrics.
• Translate AppSec metrics into actionable guidance for leadership.
