Job summary

360Pharma in Sassenheim seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to support a newly commissioned biotech site. The role covers equipment, utilities, and GMP-compliant maintenance across the Leiden maintenance network, working a 16/7 shift with 37.3 hours per week and a 26.19% shift allowance.

Qualifications

• MBO 3/4 level or VAPRO B/C in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Measurement & Control Technology.
• 3–8 years of hands‑on maintenance/technical experience.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and utility systems; escalation based on risk.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office for recording maintenance and reporting.
• Holds NEN certification or willingness to obtain it; valid B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment and utilities; hand over completed work to owners to maintain production continuity.
• Lead advanced second-line troubleshooting and analyze complex failures; share findings to reduce repeat downtime.
• Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvements; implement changes to increase equipment availability.
• Record troubleshooting results, fault trees, and materials in CMMS; determine spare parts and manage parts retrieval.
