Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Sassenheim site. This hands-on role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and utilities, ensuring safe and reliable operation within a GMP framework.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, log findings in CMMS, and collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and support site integration with Leiden maintenance.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma at MBO 3/4 level or VAPRO B/C in relevant fields.
• 0–3 years hands-on maintenance experience in technical environment.
• Ability to read technical documents and manuals for safe maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot failures, log root causes, and document results in CMMS.
• Support safety, GMP compliance, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
