Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation seeks a Sr. Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter for a new site in Sassenheim, Netherlands. You will troubleshoot equipment, coordinate technicians and vendors, and support the early manufacturing phase within the broader Leiden maintenance network.

You will organize preventive maintenance, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with QA, safety, and project goals while providing leadership to the maintenance team on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or technical field with 3–7 years in pharma or regulated environments.
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting on equipment and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with technicians, vendors, and engineers.
• Liaise with clients/stakeholders to set priorities and manage expectations.
• Mentor team members in maintenance practices and RCA techniques.
• Ensure maintenance activities adhere to procedures and document improvements.
