Job summary

Stokke in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager Corporate Development & Transformation to lead strategic initiatives, drive M&A activities and oversee transformation programs across the business.

You will partner with the CEO and Leadership Team to convert priorities into actionable plans, govern programmes, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable value for a fast-growing, international organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or similar.
• Experience supporting transactions, due diligence, integration planning, and value creation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Development & M&A activities, and oversee transformation programs.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams across multiple functions.
• Develop business cases, value creation plans, and strategic assessments.
• Track integration progress, synergies, and key milestones.
• Prepare presentations and materials for Leadership Team and Board.
