Job summary

Richemont Iberia S.L. is seeking an Events Project Manager to define, coordinate, and flawlessly execute the market’s event strategy across multiple countries, ensuring exceptional client experiences aligned with Maison standards.

You will work with regional and global teams, manage a diverse portfolio of events, and lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to post-event analysis, while coordinating with external agencies and partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in event management, project management or client experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, hospitality.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing high-profile events and multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the market’s event strategy across multiple countries to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Lead end-to-end event planning from ideation to on-site execution, with collaboration across regional and global teams.
• Coordinate budgets, logistics, vendor selection, contracts, and post-event reviews to ensure ROI.
